Who can I chose to become my agent to make decisions on my behalf?

You may choose any individual who is 18 years or older. You can also choose another individual to be an alternate should your first choice as an agent is unable to full fill their obligation.

Free Financial Power of Attorney

A durable financial power of attorney form is a legal document which authorizes one person (Agent) to act for the individual granting the power of attorney (Grantor) to make financial decisions on their behalf.

If so appointed the person who is granted the power of attorney (Agent), will be able to act on the Grantor’s behalf for as few as one, or all financial transactions.

The Grantor may choose to have their financial power of attorney form become effective immediately or if they ever become incapacitated and cannot make decisions on their own.
