Revocation of Trust Form
A revocation of trust form allows you to completely or partially revoke (undo) your living trust. If you wish to create a completely new trust, or you get divorced and do not wish to continue to have a trust with your ex-spouse, you will need to revoke your living trust to free up the assets to be used elsewhere. Revocation is a simple process—you only need to sign a revocation form and deliver it to the trustee or trustees of the trust. The Living Trust Revocation form must be signed before a Notary Public.
