Transfer on Death Deed Form

A Transfer on Death Deed Form allows a person to ensure that a selected person will receive title to their real property upon their death, without having to go through probate. This deed is useful because it ensures that the grantor will have the full use and benefit of the property during their lifetime, but also ensures that the selected beneficiary will receive the property upon the grantor’s death, without the delay and expense of probate. The deed is recorded, but does not go into effect until the grantor passes away.
